yes, i'm still working out (woot!) and still high on endorphins (woot woot!). i'm into my second week of power90 and feeling alot better than last week. thanks to many years of rigorous athletic training, my body eases into the routine pretty quickly, alhamdulillah. other than the occasional cranky back pain, all is good and a-ok in flab-land! woot!

speaking of getting on a high and the occasional cranky back pain, i've started henna-ing again. ahhh nothing beats the lovely scent of the wonderfully refreshing eucalyptus wafting through the air, direct from my potent and dangerous henna cones *chuckles*. to be brutally honest, i rather enjoyed my 3 months of "henna holiday". it's kinda liberating not to think of mixing henna, making cones, going to strange homes, meeting new people, bent over for a couple of hours furiously henna-ing away, and err well, you get my drift. maybe i'm getting too old for this. heh. *slaps self* boy, that sounded funny right after i typed it.

seriously, i love henna to death and it makes me happy to henna brides-to-be and make them go all "oohhh" and "wow" and "i can't stop looking at my hands!". hehehe, yes i know, cheap thrills like those float my boat, and why not? i'm happy if they are happy. *flexes muscles*. but i realised that i was getting quite a burnt out from henna-ing week after week after week non-stop for the past year, so the break was totally godsend. ok before anyone gets into a hissy-fit and starts chasing me with pitchforks (for sounding ungrateful), i wasn't complaining, in fact, i'm totally grateful for the opportunity to beautify these beautiful girls. so thank you, alhamdulillah!

now, i wasn't planning on doing this, and i don't need to explain anything to those not in the know, but i do need to apologise, to all my november brides. ladies, i'm sorry for the inconvenience, and i thank you for your understanding. i wish i could've met all of you but we can only plan, the rest is up to Allah. what was supposed to happen didn't happen at that time, but insya Allah, the plan is still going on, albeit postponed. i also appreciate if you could continue keeping what you know about it under wraps, until an appropriate time comes along for its unveiling, insya Allah.

if you don't know what i'm on about, please cease making any speculations, assumptions, contemplations, suppositions, suspicions, ruminations, presumptions, yadayadayada, about the whats, whos, whens, wheres and hows. and no, before anyone starts thinking i'm perasan feeling superstar (padahal nobody actually cares about my boring ole life *chuckles*), i'm not. i'm just an invisible speck of a blogger in the vast blogosphere who is fully aware that as long as my blog is being seen, there will be someone who'd actually want to know more. oh and for the record, NO i'm not telling, not even if you asked nicely (in other words, don't ask). teehee. yes, in case you haven't noticed yet, i love secrets and i can keep them really well, so get over it. if you know something of it (or *think* you know), i do appreciate your trustworthiness by keeping mum. urgh, i can be such a diva PITA sometimes. hehe.

ok, maybe i'll post some nice and new henna photos in my next entry. ummm ... whenever THAT'S gonna happen *giggles*. in the meantime, saglik dileklerimle!
