Happy weekend!

Looking forward to a long weekend!

OK, it's quite apparent that nothing interesting happened in my life today so I'm forced to resort to meandering drivel.

In any case, have a great weekend everyone!

Oh, my lovely mama made "kacang phool" a few days ago and it was gorgeous! People seem to like looking at pictures, particularly of food .... so here it is! Enjoy!

* Kacang phool is a gorgeous dish (of Arabic origin) made from mashed broad beans (kacang parang) cooked in spices and curry powder. Add a sunny side up egg, some sliced chillies and diced onions and tomatos and you're good to go. Ohh, enjoy it while its hot, with warm toasted bread on the side. YUMS!
